The Slackers zijn de New York remake van ‘Jamaican Rock and Roll’ door zowat de bekendste ska-band uit the Big Apple. Beïnvloed door the Skatalites en the Upsetters, maar even goed 60’s soul, reggae, rocksteady, dub en ska als garagerock, oude blues en jazz. Aanstekelijke en pure feestmuziek. Ideale festival- én clubact.
