RSSOplichter probeert onbestaande luxe-appartementen te verhuren
Een gigantisch appartement in het centrum van Gent voor nauwelijks 450 euro in de maand, alles inbegrepen. Rippe De Buck dacht even de slag van zijn leven te slaan. Tot hij het adres van het stulpje kreeg: Rozier9, oftewel de Boekentoren.

Ik ben ook al zo’n zoekertjes tegengekomen op Immoweb. Een 2tal jaar geleden bv: het huis bestond echt (ergens aan de Zuid), de verhuurder was iemand uit Engeland die het huis zogezegd van zijn tante had geërfd en te oud was om naar Gent te komen…
Ze kopiëren gewoon de foto’s van een ander zoekertje, net zoals dat gebeurt met bv auto’s op Kapaza en soortgelijke sites.
Eigenlijk is het simpel: als een zoekertje te mooi klinkt om waar te zijn, dan is dat ook zo.
Je vindt hier in Gent al een hotel-restaurant helemaal voor niets. En dat op een topligging. De eigenaar zet zelfs de achterdeur voor je open.
Ook zoiets meegemaakt bij het zoekn naar een huurwoning. De mail ging als volgt:

You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I `m the only person who have the keys but I hope that we will find a compromise.

Come to Ghent, it’s a wonderfull city. You can live here for free without working. This city has a unbelievable system called the ‘osieamwee’ wich offers you a nice place to live, for you and your family. You don’t have to pay anything because the cityzens are that stupid to offer life-time free accomodation to all tourists that don’t want to pay for there staying, even you stay for years. If there’s not enough place in our city, we will provide you a nice hotel in Brussels, the capital of Europe (all tourist attractions for free of course). In Ghent, you will benefit free movie-theaters, free lunches and public transportation, daytrips to the beach, etc… The only thing we do not provide is cash money. But don’t worry, if you steal it from our co-cityzens, justice will not pursue you unless you kill someone.
…en je ziet dat zelfs de grootste nep-advertenties, die tè mooi zijn om waar te zijn, toch realiteit worden….

ach ‘Kritisch’, misschien ben jij zo dom.
Ik ben gewoon humaan en betaal met plezier voor de opvang van vluchtelingen. Mensen die er niet voor kiezen om alles achter te laten, maar gedwongen worden. Maar jij doet wrs maandelijkse stortingen aan Unicef, Oxfam Solidariteit enzo om de mensen daar een humaan leven te geven zodat ze niet moeten vluchten? Dat is ook moreel verantwoord natuurlijk.
Wees eens niet zo naïef…
Alsof elke gekleurde medemens gedwongen werd om zijn land te verlaten en dan maar met plezier door ons opgevangen moet worden.
De huishuren liggen zo hoog, daarbij als alleenstaande met nog 1 kind inwonend kom je niet aan bod. Men verhuurd liever aan koppels met twee inkomens en wanneer je alleenstaande bent, moet je tot drie maal de som van de huur verdienen per maand, wat amper te realiseren is als gewoon mens. Met de hoge huishuren die nu toch min 650 euro is. Natuurlijk zit je vast en zou je graag willen geloven dat men iets kan huren aan 400 euro.
Ik heb ook een advertentie geplaatst voor een woning, helaas krijg ik geen enkel serieus antwoord, maar eentje zo vals als maar kan zijn, 400 euro appartement met twee slaapkamers met alle onkosten elec, verwarming en water, ik ben nieuwsgierig geworden en blijf mailcontact houden, ik hoop dat ik op de kijkdag die persoon kan aangeven.

About myself, I am 37 years and as I told you I am a researcher in pharmaceutical products, currently living in London, my home town .
You can move in the apartment in the same day when you receive the keys. The only issue is that I am already in United Kingdom but I hope that together we are going to find a solution.
